Given our fast paced growth and expanding team, we are currently seeking a Head of Sales who will be instrumental in helping us manage and further scale our business. This individual will be a self-driven, dynamic and highly ambitious leader who will support our current team of exceptional investment specialists!

Position Overview:

The Head of Sales role will manage our growing team and will be focused on coaching, call monitoring, prospect management and overall daily sales management.

The successful candidate will possess leadership in sales management. These qualities include:

  • A proven track record of mentoring sales reps for inbound and outbound sales organizations.
  • A “player-coach” mentality, assisting with sales pitches and investor communications (phone, email, etc.)
  • Overseeing and managing sales on a daily basis and holding the sales team accountable for maintaining and increasing activity levels. Creating and monitoring KPIs (calls, investments started, and other funnel metrics).
  • Highly knowledgeable and experienced with selling financial products to accredited investors.
  • Well versed with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements or Skill Sets:

  • 5+ years of sales experience for an inbound sales organization.
  • Prior experience working in investment sales.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • You must hold active FINRA Series 7, and ideally have a 65 or 66
  • Strong communication skills, assertive, motivational, collaborative, dynamic, and highly organized.
  • This position reports to the Managing Director and is based out of our Midtown NYC office.
