iintoo is a New York-based alternative investment platform founded in 2015 which specializes in exit-oriented alternative investments. Since inception, iintoo has raised and/or managed over $670 million in private equity for more than 380 deals amounting to $2.9 billion in gross asset value. Through its proprietary underwriting platform, iintoo utilizes market data as well as predefined deal criteria for properties and sponsors to vet its investments. In addition, iintoo actively manages every investment throughout its lifetime to mitigate risk for investors. Given our fast-paced growth and expanding team, we are currently seeking FINRA Licensed Salespeople who will be instrumental in helping us expand our business. This individual will be a self-driven, dynamic and highly ambitious leader who will support our current team of exceptional investment specialists!

Position Overview:

Our Real Estate Investment Specialists identify and work with Accredited Investors to introduce the iintoo investment platform and build a book of business.

Requirements or Skill Sets:

  • Prior experience working in investment sales.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • You must hold an active FINRA Series 7 license. (A 65 or 66 will be required for employment.
  • Strong communication skills, assertive, motivational, collaborative, dynamic, and highly organized.

The successful candidate will:

  • Advise potential clients on the iintoo platform making
  • Identify and contact prospects and educate them on the iintoo offering
  • Be highly organized, capable of using technology to improve effectiveness and efficiency (CRM tools, custom reports, etc.).
  • Be effective at follow-up with investors who are lukewarm but not yet sold.
  • Hard-driving achiever, with a balance between the sales process and results orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in our Midtown Manhattan Office (****Not a remote position****)

Note: Due to regulatory requirements, this position requires the successful candidate to hold and maintain a Series 7 and you will need a Series 66 license from FINRA before starting.
